I'm sorry you've had such a hard time. I know you want to do what you'd done in the past, but you'll need to take the time to build yourself back up. You know what you need to do - walk first and build up your strength and endurance. Don't reach for your previous goals - you are a different person now with different strengths and obstacles. What matters most is that you keep moving.
