Hello. I finally decided it is time to make a change. No longer happy with how I feel or look.
I've been using this for a week now, and taking it slow. I started by tracking EVERYTHING I've eaten and doing something (anything exercise-wise) for at least 10 minutes a day. I'm surprised how well this is going so far. (I caught myself doing a stretching exercise while pumping gas the other day and again today when doing dishes) I'm making small steps toward a healthier me.
