Sorry to learn that your health isn't in good shape. I recommend joining Teams that suit your interests and participate on the threads as you go through the material here on Spark. Each one of us have goals that we want to reach, and who knows, the more that you participate and commit yourself to leading a healthier life, you will do so while making some life-long friends.

Hello everyone. My name is rosalind and I am very new to this program. I am in dire need to lose 50lbs, and I will need a lot of support. I just found out that my health is failing and my doctor said that if I was to lose weight, I could possibly reverse it. So please help.
