I've been on SparkPeople since June after seeing my doctor. The nutritionist introduced me to the site and I have enjoyed using it. The articles, daily emails and recipes are great. I have lost 16 pounds and I have increased my activity. Actually, my goal was 3600 minutes through the end of the year and I managed to make it! I joined the site because I was struggling to lose any more weight on my own and I so badly wanted to get back to my pre-kids weight. I want to continue to make progress and be able to accept my slip-ups better. I am thinking about, perhaps, a half marathon in the future.
