Hang in there and don't let a few misteps derail your goal. It's OK to make mistakes, no one is perfect. I don't know anyone who is 100% on target in their weight loss journey. Don't beat yourself up. Celebrate your successes & achievements. You don't have to post alot, to know that you have support. Anytime you need someone to tell you GOOD JOB & give you a pat on the back...were here :)

I'm not one who normally posts. I have returned to Sparkpeople after failing a couple of times. My biggest failure is giving up after I've screwed up. In my past attempts here I did not really follow the program this site has developed. Hence this post. My first day was yesterday and I kept within my calorie range. Today I am up early to go to the gym and plan my food. I work retail and have a 13 hour day to look forward to. Yesterday I had a doctors appointment for hip and ankle pain. Basically if I don't take off this weight the pain and hobbling will only get worse. So, I could use a friend and alot support to get in a groove. Thanks
