Right now your body is adjusting to everything, and your muscles will retain water especially if you are working out 4 hours a day after not working out that much. Give yourself time to have your body catch up. Keep going and don't let the natural fluctuation gets you down!

My name is Rocquelyn. Everyone calls me Rocki. The reason that I joined Sparks People is because I need help and support. In the past few weeks i have been working out really hard and I have lost 11 pounds. I can feel and see the changes. Lately, I have put on a pound in a matter of a day. This is very discouraging. I am now loosing the will to continue working out and eating right. I welcome any tips, tricks, suggestions. I do not understand why I am gaining weight when I am eating less then 1800 calories a day and working out for at least 1 to 4 hours a day. PLEASE HELP!!
