Thanks for your post...I have my first day behind me ...and although I did go over my calories..I know its still way less than I would have eatten....so today is a new day and as for now Im right on track..

Hi everyone, I am Patti 54 year old, divorcing grandmother of 6.
8 years ago I lost 56 lbs using SP and have gained all but 14lbs back. How sad .. But today I am back and looking forward to living healthier and happier.
