I am 24 yrs old with 2 children. After i had my last child i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I have gained 40 lbs, and am having the hardest time losing weight. I am starting to get depressed and am not looking right in the clothes I want to wear. Now the doctor has just informed me i am pre diabetic.. i need help.
