Well lets see I'm really trying to take this fitness to the next level. So I have decided to do a work out plan. My work out plan consist of a 30 day slim down. So every day for 30 days I will be doing Jillian Michaels dvd's. I will be hitting the gym up as well. I will let you know my results in 30 days. As of right now I weigh 192 in 30 days we shall see.
