Hi! I need accountability each day to stay on track & remain motivated. Sparkpeople is a great tool for doing this;otherwise it is too easy to drift along and then suddenly "wake up" and find 2 weeks have gone by with no forward movement. Been trying this weight loss thing alone for a couple of years & it just doesn't work. Giving Sparkpeople a good try and hope to stay motivated to lose about 40 -50 lbs. & more importantly to maintain it once I get there! Thanks everyone for being here.
