Welcome to the team! It's great that you love to do the outdoorsy activities...especially at this time of year! So many forest preserves/parks/trails will give you hours and miles of exercise :) I just love biking the trails near my home. I can spend a good part of the day on them depending on the direction I choose. Good luck to you in your journey!
Hi everyone! I live in a western suburb of Chicago and for exercise I like to bike and go to the gym. I'd love to start hiking some of the more interesting forest preserves (or anything else you can recommend), but I haven't gotten started on that yet. I also like cross country skiing in the winter. I lost 85 lbs about two years ago, but 25 of them came back. So far I've shed about fifteen of those. I'm planning to lose about another 30. Then I'm planning to keep them all off, which is the hard part!
