Hi! I am a 28 y/o SAHM (well most of the time, I actually work 2 days/week) to two boys, ages 2 and 7 months. I just finished b/fing my baby and have started to gain a few extra pounds. My goal is to drop the additional pounds gained after b/fing and additional baby weight. I would like to lose about 10 pounds (but mainly I want my clothes to fit again). Recently, I realized that I have been eating things that are convenient and not necessarily healthy. I want to learn to eat healthy so I can help my family stay healthy. I am hoping that keeping track of what I eat and how much I work out will help me to accomplish my goals. (It is so much harder to find time to do it all with two kids)
