Hi! I second your welcome! You probably didn't stay too long before, so I'll give you the advice I think helps us get started:

With SP is like life: you get out of it what you put into it.

Here’s some links that may help you as they did me:

http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/motivation_articles.asp?id=518

tips to get started.

http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3289446

for challenges.

It’s fun to do your Spark Page, too, if you haven’t yet. You’re walked right through the process.

If you have a ? to which you cannot find the answer in the forums, ask a leader or just post it.

IMHO, SP (in addition to the great trackers and educational articles) is about food, fitness, friends and fun!!

A final note: please DO NOT EVER get 'down' on yourself, kick yourself in the butt or have any guilt! If you find you slip up a meal, day, week or even longer, learn from what made you do it (I know that can sometimes be hard to figure out) and just get back on track!

SP actually recommends NO DEPRIVATION! This is a lifestyle we can live with forever. There is a 80%/20% thingy...80% of the food and drink you consume is good and nutritious; 20% is whatever else makes you happy.

Great good luck and love.

Yeah you! and welcome back. You know how it works, you have to log the food and exercise, make sure you eat enough, do the quizzes, read the articles. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it
