Hello everyone!
I just joined the team today. I am almost 40 with an adult son. I have a new serious relationship that has added extra pounds to my frame. I have had a constant battle with 10-15 pounds but now its becoming more like 20.

I'm looking for support and ideas on meals and every day type exercising. Looking forward to chatting with the group.
