Thanks for the advice. You know I keep hearing that about not eating enough. I try and stick to a 1200 calorie a day diet. I will try to eat more. But good things of course.

Welcome aboard. Go through your fast break and re-evaluate from there. You might not be getting enough calories and your body is in starvation mode.

Hi everybody,
I have never posted anything on line . I am really new to this kind of format. I only hope this message goes out to my team mates. I have about 15-20 pounds to lose but It's really hard to move that scale. I am very frustrated. I exercise every day for about 2 hours and count calories. Did I mention I know all about portion control. I could really use some suggestions.
