You may want to look into cooking bigger meals so that you can have some leftovers or bulk cooking so that you can have stuff you just have to warm up so you can get away from eating out.

Hi!
I am joining this internet site to try and keep me honest on my road to weightloss. Although I have always been active and health conscious-lately it has been challenging to choose healthy foods. I do not cook regularly and see the negative effect eating out has had on my family. I am here to try to learn a few nutrition tips and gain support from an online group.
