emoticon And visit my Spark Pg. It can't be much worse than what I'm in right now? And its UP 2 U- how or who motivates U? Is it 4 yourself? If it is- nothing will stop U from getting started- then its one day at a time.

Start by getting familiar with the Tools here- pick one thing that U will always track?

Just talk with us! We "got your back" in the support department.

Don't listen to the people who say you can't. My first husband constantly told me I was fat (among other things) so I know how hard it is to have no support. But, you CAN do this.

Read the articles on Spark and use what you learn. Ask questions. Start with small changes and be consistent.

If you have a bad day or slip a bit, remember that you did not learn to walk or talk in a week. It took time to get it all down pat. And, even as an adult you occasionally stumble and fall. When you trip, you don't stop walking. You steady yourself and get going again.

Good luck! And, if you need a cheerleader - RAH RAH REE! Kick 'em in the knee! RAH RAH RAS! Kick them in the other knee!

Hello I am 46 yrs old an have a hard time staying on task .How can I loose weight if I am depressed an get no home support.I got hurt at work an have a hard time everyone tells me you can't do this an that how do I stay motivated enough to loose the weight I need to loose. Please help me
