Well my name is Debbie. I have two children James and Christina and a husband Todd. We all live in Tauranga in New Zealand. I'm an early childhood teacher. Teaching 4mths-2yr old children. I have about 27kgs to lose.I have been working with a personal trainer over the last couple of months and have decide that i have to get my eating under control as well as my exercise. Did a duathlon on the 54/05/08 and it only took me 1hour 3mins. Three minutes faster than last year. Tonight I'm seeing my trainer again and he's giving me a new exercise plan and some eating tips so hopefully this will help. Have been not eating very well since end of duathlon but will change that from tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing okay Debbie
P.S. How many calories to the kilojoules?
