Hey guys, I started using spark people a few days ago and I'm really impressed. I've sporadically worked out for years, but by that I mean every six months I work out for a few days or weeks and then just loose interest.
I think this is really going to keep me on track. I'm a bit of a facebook buff so I check it every day. So it's going to be really easy for me to just flip over to this page everyday and stay motivated... or at least guilted into working out.
