Welcome to SP. I think you will like it here. It's nice to have a plan as far as what you would like to weigh but you should set mini goals along the way. These goals will help to keep you motivated and give you something to look forward to along the way. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

This is my first time so be gentle...:)all jokes aside, I have never had a weight problem until I turned forty three years ago. My ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds but I feel so overwhelm I cannot see that far, but I am ready to see the first 10 come off. I joined for support and encouragement and you ladies seem to be just what I need. By the way, I got started two days ago and pulled something in my back-boy am I hurting right now any suggestions? I look forward to doing it all and being a future leader to someone else who's where I would have been.
