I've been trying to lose 20-25 lbs for three years... My mental well-being ties in with my physical well being and so it's important for me to find a balance. This week I started walking at the track 3-4 times a week after work for at least 45 minutes. I'm hoping to be able to get support through Spark People. My plan is to log in regularly and use some of the tools provided here and stay in touch so I can stick with my goals.
