Jumping back IN! Love spark and all it has to offer. I've been maintaining well, until this Christmas...I really pigged out for like 6 weeks, now I need to burn it off before it's a habit.

Hi Linda,

Yes, you are right about being able to come back and restart / continue the program. Sorry to hear that your arthritis is worse. The trick is probably finding which exercises and can do that actually may help the arthritis. I wish you well.

The beauty of this program is that we can always come back & start again! The good news is I am coming back at the same weight I had achieved before I quit tracking :)

My arthritis is giving me more challenges this last year, but I hope to continue to exercise. Diet has not been my main problem, so I will continue to tweak & improve there also.

Hey, everybody! Just wanted to say that I'm back! I successfully lost about 20 pounds two years ago, and managed to keep 15 of it off in the meantime, but now it's time to start conquering the next 15 or 20 or so that I'd like to get rid of. I'd also like to get toned up quite a bit more. My plan of attack includes joining a gym for the first time in my life and doing my best to eat lots of fruits and veggies. Here's to a new beginning! emoticon
