Hi Susan,

I too have been down this road of self improving my fitness and diet many times before- I think it is very common. I figure I haven't failed until I quit :) Hope you are still on the path. You raised an interesting point- why do so many dieters sabotage themselves when they see a little success? I am guilty of it also. What do you think?

hey there! I've tried to travel this road many times before only to quit before I reached my desitnation. I'm encouraged that I could lose over 70 pounds by Christmas. I might not be completely there, but I just need to stay focused and the time will fly. Finding balance between church, family, kids, work, and ME is a challenge. I've realized that my health is important and I need to take some action.
