All you can do is take it one day at a time. For the past several months, I have been reading what other people are doing to lose their weight - reading what motivates them...and I tell you....this website has so much to offer. I really look forward to logging on everyday to see how everyone is doing. When I read other people's success stories - it makes me want to reach my goals even more. Good luck to you!!! You can do this one day at a time.

Today is the first day of the month and I thought that I would try something new. I have been working on a new job for the past few weeks and I have since gotten off track with my goals. I thought that today would be a good day to get back on track! I'm making a go with it again and hopefully I can make it through one day at a time!emoticon
