Hey everyone, I am TangyTangerine, just became the newest team leader for our group. A bit unsure of myself (ok maybe a lot - LOL) but I'm willing to give it a shot. Hello, I am Kat, the other team leader here ! I found Sp quite by accident, joined up in I think it was April or May 2006 and have been here ever since! I am 49 years young this year and I am married with two kids. I am a Rad Tech by profession, and am deputy Superintendent of our radiology department at our local hospital here in Paralimni, Cyprus.
I have lost abotu 2.5 kilos since I started, lots of ups and downs regrettably, but I am back on track here and I hope to stay that way!
I enjoy reading, cooking, keep fit, horse riding, swimming, and love to knit.
I am very happy and excited to be on this team, I know that together with Linda we can make this a great team! It is great to have you all here with us!

Hi my name is Linda and I am one of the team leaders. I have been with SP since May 26 2007. Since I have begun my journey to a healthy life style I have lost around 60 pounds and reduced body fat by 14% still have a long way to go on that My BMI is very close to normal range now.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis about 2 years ago and the weight just wasn't helping it any so I decided to look for some help on the "net" to lose the weight and found SP all other sites had a weekly fee.
I also lead 2 other SP teams Stress Reduction / Management team and Veteran's for Romney for President.
I work for a well known retailer as a cashier, love going to the park and hiking on the nature trails, I am enjoying life fully once again; not much else to tell you.
