Congrats on the weight that you've already lost! It looks like you're averaging about a pound a week, and that's great!
My tips for "new" Sparkers are always to 1) Drink water! (LOTS of water!) 2) Track every bite you eat - weighing and measuring what you can. 3) MOVE! Even if you can only walk 5 minutes at a time, it's a start! 4) Spark! The motivation, tools, inpiration and friendships here can't be beat and are yours for the taking. Being part of an understanding community is such a big key to this.

I have been losing weight slowly since March have lost 20 lbs. but at this point it seems I'm not losing anymore no matter what I do. I would like to lose at least 30 lbs more I have done this by myself and its not working anymore, so i need help by losing 30 more lbs I will hopfully overcome some health issues that can take place in time to come. Looking at December to meet this goal but may be impossible. I feel like SPARKS is the place to start I have read about folks that it has helped, and hope it will help me and make me feel better about myself' PLEASE HELP IF ANYONE CAN.
