Congrats on the weight that you've already lost! It looks like you're averaging about a pound a week, and that's great!
My tips for "new" Sparkers are always to
1) Drink water! (LOTS of water!)
2) Track every bite you eat - weighing and measuring what you can.
3) MOVE! Even if you can only walk 5 minutes at a time, it's a start!
4) Spark! The motivation, tools, inpiration and friendships here can't be beat and are yours for the taking. Being part of an understanding community is such a big key to this.
