I have noticed that over the last few years I have been slowly gaining weight and I am now dertermined to shed those extra pounds and start feeling good again. I find it difficult figuring out what is ok to eat and what isn't. When I think something is ok, I then find out later when entering it into my nutrition tracker that it was toally wrong! I'm also not a water drinker, that in itself is a challenge, but I am dertermined to get it done! I look forward to getting to "know" some of you and getting some tips that may help me along the way.
