I'm still working on weight loss, but this time I'm succeeding. Next year at this time I hope to be in the maintenance stage.

I lost weight, then I lost my daughter and lost my drive, I have gained weight, but need to focus on the solution which has been provided with Sparkpeople.

tRYING REAL HARD TO KEEP THE WT. DOWN. hARDEST IT'S ever BEE. tHYROID??? b/p MED (WHICH WAS STARTED IN mARCH)??? This is SO unusual for me. or is it just excuses and I'm lazier than before??? Thoughts to ponder!! emoticon
