Welcome back, Kristi! I've found tracking my calories on the nutrition tracker, joining the bootcamp and new 28-day challenge, doing Spark exercise videos and using my new Wii and Nordic walking poles are very helpful.
I joined SP about a year ago but discontinued. It seemed like it was taking to much of my time sitting in front of the computer. But another year down and here I am again. I joined Curves last year and I have not lost weight, infact I have stayed the same but I have lost a total of 12 inches. So now I want to rev up the weight loss. So if any of you have some ideas send them my way. I also swim and bicycle. I thought I'd start walking also.
