good luck in your challenge. I think it gives you more incentive when you have a challenge.
I need to get back to the gym. It just seems I never have time anymore.

Sagentus made an excellent recommendation. I didn't realize until after I started logging my food that I wasn't getting enough calories and my percentages for protein/carbs/fats were a bit off.

Make sure you use the nutrition page to record everything you eat (and be honest about portions). It really does help if you record everything.

still active but I need to deal with eating cause not losing much because of that...
I joined a gym just about a month ago and it helping me doing something :)
My friends and I have a goal of losing 5 pounds in two weeks and who ever loses that or more will have a manicure paid for by the other :) so that is our challenge...
I am at 168 and I am shooting for 163 in about a two weeks :)
