This really DOES work - I'm glad you're back to give it a chance.

I highly suggest resetting your program to the beginnign (Fast Break stage). You can do that on your "Start" page - Click "My Tools" and "Start" above. You'll find your diet stages near the bottom of the page in the left column.

I also did not lose all the available tools at first, but I have now and it really helps.
All the exercises to use with the demonstrations and also the video's are great.
