Today I restarted my program - went back to Fast Break. I REALLY needed to. I have gained back 8 pounds (from my all-time low of 173) over the past 2 months. It's been a combination of stress, lack of sleep and WAY too much on the calendar (thanks to 2 active teens, both of whom have sports "in season" this spring). Work has been horrendous, too.
So today, my first "real" day off since February (I'm not even joking - even the weekends have seen us packed up and out of town for games, etc.), I have restarted my program.
Is anyone else struggling with a set back like this?
I was actually too busy to do anything. but i did go to my sons kindergarten meeting last night (he starts in sept) and 2 of the 3 teachers were there when i was there and they remember me! :) that made me feel good and they are SO excited to have my son in one of their classes!
So I read this thought in another group so I thought I would post it here. So today, what did you do to make you feel proud of you. What I did is I ran two days in a row and also biked today. Absolutely great is how I feel.
