I still go back to the Fast Break when I am stuck and read the points and usually something "clicks" and I think what I can change to get going again. And even when the scales are not moving the measurements are, so that keeps you on the right path!
During the fast break, it helped me track the amount of calories everyday, but i really haven't lost the amount of weight I thought I should have lost. I have been exercising pretty much on a daily basis, and can't seem to budge the scale. But on the other hand make sure you are measuring on a weekly basis. This is where I have finally seens some results. And just yesterday, I received a complement that it looks like I have lost alot of weight. Just stick with the program it will work!!
You will do great once you get on track. I did notice though that you really do not have that much to loose so maybe that is why it is a bit slower. I had thirty pounds plus to go so the first while was quick and now I am plateauing. Oh well it will start to move again.
I found fast break helpful in that it trained me to record and record and record which gave me a good insight into that harmless little fruit explosion muffin is actually 325 calories, so not worth it. It helped me to fine tune my eating habits by making better choices, I did loose on it because I religiously stuck to the calories and did work out a bit as well.

Fast break is meant to be just a spring board to get you used to the stategy for healthy living wh/ produces weight loss. It is meant to be at least 2 weeks to form habits before moving to Stage 2. The link below is the overview of fast break.
Are you tracking your food and fitness daily? Maybe you should move on the stage 2 as this deals with portion controls. I was surprised that what I thought was an ounce or cup was actually more. Another thing are you measuring yourself, it may be a case of losing inches and building muscles. Muscles weight more than fat so that also may have something to do with it.
I may be missing something but is fast break just a time when you get used to using the trackers etc.? I stayed in FB since I was coping with other things but I just don't see how this stage is going to start the wieght loss. I've lost nothing yet.
