Hello Kelly - I would suggest going back to the Fast Break stage and starting from scratch. If you follow ALL the steps, you will be creating healthy habits.

I've been a member since the end of January and have posted on other message boards but not this one.
I've fallen off the wagon and need help getting back on. I have so many bruises from being run over by the dang thing it's pathetic!
I'm almost 36, married and have 2 teenage children. I'm funny, outgoing, outspoken, open minded, love to laugh and make others laugh. Love to cook, and eat! go figure!
