I am a 30 year old stay at home mother of two. I have been battling my weight a big chunk of my life. While raising my children I have learned that a big part of my problem is portion control. I was brought up that you are full when your plate is empty. It is time that I learn portions so that I can pass that knowledge onto my children and hopefully they won't have the same weight battles that I have had to face.
