Hi:

My goal is to lose a lot of weight - a little at a time - it was so easy to put on - but harder to take off. It's good to have support groups out there to encourage.

I'm 59, live and work in West Virginia. I have 2 grown daughters, 5 granddaughters, 2 great grand children (1 of each).

I need to get healthy so I can enjoy retirement and enjoy living life to the fullest.

If you can't be grateful for what you have, be thankful for what you escaped.
