My goal for today is to stay within my calorie range and get in a workout. I have a meeting after work so I'm not so sure about the workout, but I really need to get it in. Hoping to get out early so that I can hit my Jazzercise class that is right up the street from the meeting. :)

My goals for this week:
It's hard to have goals -- the lady I take care of is suddenly dying, and it depends on how long she holds on. I will be working until she passes.

Once she's gone, I will be tackling several large projects at home, until I have to go back to work.

1. STAY IN MY CALORIE RANGE!
2. Do STRENGTH TRAINING 3 Times A Week!
3. Do at least 30 minutes of Cardio 5 Times A Week!
4. If I eat a 'treat' it has to be counted in my calories for the day!
5. Eat at least 3 to 5 Fruits & Veggies a day!
6. Learn better ways to cope with stress and my emotions than eating!

5. Continue to be early for everything.

This week my goals are to continue the progress I am making with my "New Me" Quote & Vision book. Continue staying in my calorie range & continue with daily workouts. I also want to lose 1 pound this week. I have lost 6 pounds so far this month & hope to end the month with a 7 pound loss!!!!!!

My goals this week are to:

1) Nip negative self-talk in the bud and replace it with positive speech about my body and circumstances

2) Set my treadmill back to its max incline and go for it 45 mins four days this week now that my achilles tendon is behaving itself!

3)Get my 8 glasses of water in EVERY day and

4)Drop 1-2 more lbs
