My goal for today is to stay within my calorie range and get in a workout. I have a meeting after work so I'm not so sure about the workout, but I really need to get it in. Hoping to get out early so that I can hit my Jazzercise class that is right up the street from the meeting. :)

I have so many goals I would be hard pressed to list them all here at once. I think I will have the goal of getting my eBay account straightened out so I can start selling online again.

To reach my goal weight of 145. And to be lean and strong when I get there! Ain't trying to be skinny, I want muscles and curves! Yeah, that's the ticket!~
My goals for this week: It's hard to have goals -- the lady I take care of is suddenly dying, and it depends on how long she holds on. I will be working until she passes.
Once she's gone, I will be tackling several large projects at home, until I have to go back to work.

My goals for this week are: 1. Spend less time on the computer. 2. Stay in my Calorie range. 3. Work out at least 30 minutes a day.
1. STAY IN MY CALORIE RANGE! 2. Do STRENGTH TRAINING 3 Times A Week! 3. Do at least 30 minutes of Cardio 5 Times A Week! 4. If I eat a 'treat' it has to be counted in my calories for the day! 5. Eat at least 3 to 5 Fruits & Veggies a day! 6. Learn better ways to cope with stress and my emotions than eating!

This week my goals are to continue the progress I am making with my "New Me" Quote & Vision book. Continue staying in my calorie range & continue with daily workouts. I also want to lose 1 pound this week. I have lost 6 pounds so far this month & hope to end the month with a 7 pound loss!!!!!!
**Sleep an extra 30 minutes **Cardio for an hour, atleast 45 mins. **Drink Plenty of water.

This week my goals are to continue the progress I am making with my "New Me" Quote & Vision book. Continue staying in my calorie range & continue with daily workouts. I also want to lose 1 pound this week.
My goals for this week are to stay in my calorie range, continue with my working outs 5 to 6 days or doing something that are physically active the other 1 or 2 & to lose at least 1 pound!!!
my goals are to do at least 30 minutes of cardio 3x this week, to stay within my calorie range at least 5 days this week (hence not as much !) , and do something creative every day (make music or jewelry, etc).
