My name is Naomi and I am a nursing student. I am currently finishing up my 2nd block, and really nervous about my last semester as a student nurse. It feels like just yesterday I got my exceptance letter into the program. I am truly blessed to have this opportunity to get this educate and to be able to help others in a time of need. Well I am assuming that those who are in this group is probably needing some type of assistance with managing their eating and exercise life while going to school. Well I am that individual while working FT at the same time. I feel like I have no time for anything these days and my craving for junk food and the "wrong" food is worst than ever. Your assistance tips and ideas are greatly appreciate at this time. I really need to cut down some of this weight by the time I get into Block 4. Over a period of a year I have gained back my 20 pounds that I lost. I am really upset with myself ( and I took full responsibility) cuz I could have made better choices, but I do need some help knowing what foods are good for nursing students during the stressful times. I never know when I am stressing, but apparently I have been because of my cravings and my weight gain. Anyways, I could rant on for days, but I would love your assistance.
