Lets see - the first time I lost on WW, before I got pg with my 2nd, I lost 30lbs and it took 1 year. The second time, after I had my baby, I lost 19 and it's taken 9 months.
I have added in exercise this time, I didn't exercise much the first time, only walking in the neighborhood once or twice a day. Now I exercise 4-5 times a week at least. I weigh the same as I did before but look thinner because things are more toned up.
Have you ever heard of the Wendie Plan?? I use that daily - it's a WW based system that varies your points per day, keeps your body in flux so you don't hit ruts as easily. This link http://www.stormpc.com/ww/wendie_plan.htm gives a good explanation. But I wouldn't use this plan unless you have a good grip on using the points system with WW, it might be too overwhelming otherwise.
