Just found this team -- didn't know about it before and I was posting on the Jillian Michaels team page about this book. This is much better!

I just started - did day 1 yesterday and I'm about to go to the gym for day 2 right now. Very excited, I really liked the work out yesterday, although I found some of the moves to be nearly impossible, but I did the best I could! Looking forward to another great work out today!

Hope you're all doing well... this team is kind of dead so I'm hoping there are still active members out there!

you may need heavier weights but you will just have to wait and see how it goes depending on your current level.

Welcome to the team! I think you will be really pleased with the results that you get from this program. When I started MTC I had never strength trained before and I was amazed at how much strength and muscle definition I developed in just 30 days.

You are going to have to use heavier weights. I use anywhere from 8s & 10s for lateral and front shoulder raises, to 15-20# (each hand) for biceps, triceps and shoulder presses. And, after a few weeks of those, I am ready to go up. No, I do not look like Cory Everson! Just work through MTC - it is a really, really effective workout, but you have to keep challenging yourself.

Hi All
I am new here. But a Spark member for awhile. I am struggling with strength training my arms. I have exercises I do but I am not seeing results. I use a 3#, 5# & 8# hand weights. So maybe I have found the right place to weigh my options. Shari/CentralMN
