Keep up the great work, I am on Day 5. I mix the days up because I have done this already, and feel that if I do the same day for a week or so, i get burned out on it and feel the need to change it up. I have lost about 2 lbs doing this this week. Continue to keep up the great job that you have started! Just remember, there are times when you are going to want to just shut that DVD off, but don't, breathe through it, and you'll make it to the end.
