That's what I love about Jillian's workouts, it looks deceivingly easy and then it kicks your butt. Another thing I love is that it's hard to get bored with the Shred.

Hello, everyone! I am new to this group and just discovered the Shred program Monday as I was flipping through the exercises programs on my "On Demand" and absolutely loved it! I have done level 1 the last 2 nights, and although I'm a fairly avid exerciser, this program kicked my butt. I didn't feel much the first night, other than the cardio, but Tuesday morning, my buns were burnin'....and my legs are looking amazingly toned (very quickly)!!
Love it, love it, love it! Don't want to miss a day!
