Hello, everyone! I am new to this group and just discovered the Shred program Monday as I was flipping through the exercises programs on my "On Demand" and absolutely loved it! I have done level 1 the last 2 nights, and although I'm a fairly avid exerciser, this program kicked my butt. I didn't feel much the first night, other than the cardio, but Tuesday morning, my buns were burnin'....and my legs are looking amazingly toned (very quickly)!!
