Hi Susan, I joined this team just a couple weeks ago and am just learning to get around. There are quite a few posters so I am trying to familiarize.

I am from Welland Ont. but I have my youngest daughter living in Brantford. She is a hair stylist there . I love Brantford and would love to move there one day. I keep saying I'm going to but hubby likes it here in Welland where we were both born.

Hi: I was introduced to SparkPeople by a dear friend and I am glad that I decided to join.
