My name is Pauline, 56 years old, type 2 Diabetes and high blood pressure. Needing to lose at least 75 pounds. I have most of the 75 pounds after 45 years old, slowin creeping in. I look forward to this site for support and tips from others who share weight lost struggles like me. I see weight lost as a retraining steps to a healthy living. As a child, I learn to learn with baby steps. I learn to walk when I was ready and it is the same as losing weight. Even reading all the posts is like registering and preparing of the weight lost. When you want something, it is said to surround yourself with what you want; and therefore, reading and participating is helping to get ready.
