You are going to do great. Just keep reminding yourself that God is cheering from the sidelines for you and He wants you to be healthy and to take care of His Holy temple. You've got this girl! I've had food issues for as long as I can remember. At the age of 20 I was up to about 300, but since 2010, I've lost about 80 pounds just by eating healthier and taking white bread, soda, and most of the junk I ate out of my diet. You can do this! :)

As when we drive and don't always get to our destination without stoplights, stop signs, slow traffic or other hurdles, neither will our weight loss necessarily always be smooth going. But when we drive we persevere and keep our eyes on our destinations. So, too, must we keep our eyes on our weight loss goal and not allow daily fluctuations to deter us. Hang in there. -- Lou
I joined SP years ago, but I became serious about losing weight just before the holidays. It's been about 4 months now and I lost about 16 lbs, some weeks are slower than the others. I get discouraged that the process is slow, but am in this for the long run. I realize this is a lifestyle change, despite some ups and downs, am committed to see this through. I am a spirit filled believer and I know that I cannot do this by myself, so with Christ all things are possible.
