Welcome home, LOVEABLEBRE!! I am unable to do a lot of exercise myself because of my weight, a bad knee, and the fact that I cut my little toe off on my treadmill. Water aerobics was my best friend but right now I am not able to attend, so I'm doing chair aerobics. You could do either one without hurting your foot. I hope those suggestions help!
