My name is Shauna and I'm going to be losing over 60 lbs. :) When I was in my early teens I had trouble with weight issues. I weighed around the same weight I am currently. When I moved down to North Carolina after my dad's job relocated I started exercising every single day. I dropped over 60 lbs just from walking and doing some cardio at the end of the day. After I graduated the weight slowly came back on and not too long ago I knew I really needed to change my habits, I ended up losing over 30 lbs due to Turbo Jam, running and sometimes I would do the biggest loser workouts. Stress ate at my brain and when I lost my car, my job and my relationship with my boyfriend was falling apart I stopped exercising...I still ate the same things but I just didn't exercise and realized yeah my metabolism has definitely slowed down since school. I've been doing Turbo Fire since December and I feel great, I haven't been losing as many pounds but I've been losing a lot of inches and I realize it takes a little time for the weight to come off. This time I know I'm going to keep going and I'm not going to stop until I hit my goal :)
