oh cool, that sounds really neat! I'll have to do that. I haven't really tracked my steps, but I did do a couple watp dvds... I'll just use those for the days I've missed.

welcome to the group! Walking is a great overall health benefit and a fabulous was to kick start an exercise program.
To make it fun, we just added a little competition to it, person with the most steps at the end of the month wins a certificate!
So every Monday just post your steps for that week, and start walking to a healthier you

finally, a minute to myself now that the kids I babysit are back with their parents and the phone has stopped ringing! woo!

anyways. I joined a bunch of teams tonight so this is going to be a kind of generic hello, but here goes:

hi! my name is Rachel, and I'm 24. (my best friend has the same name and is the same age, it's neat.) I recently moved to Southbridge, MA, but it's a horrible little slum-hell of a town, so I don't usually like to admit that I live there. um... let me see... oh, yes. I hate to exercise. hate it hate it hate it. but my mom apparently raised me halfway decent - I love junk food (like cheesecake), but I'm just as likely to eat some produce, so she did her best.
