Welcome to our team! Depending upon how recently you've done your last 10K, you may be ready to train for a half marathon. Allow yourself 20-26 weeks. If Canada Fit is near you, that should be like the USA Fit 26-week program, for example.

There's nothing wrong with walking it, either!

I am from BC Canada, have done about 6 5k and 10 k races. thinking of doing a 1/2 marathon but dont know if this body can handle it!!
