Hi Everyone! My name is Naomi. I picked up running about 2 years ago. I started with a 5k. Then last year I ran my first 8 k. In October I ran my first 10K. And now I am training for my first Half!! I have signed up for an all Women run on May 12! I have struggled with running in the past year because last march I sprained my ankle :( It was a major struggle not being able to run for 6 months! I am back to running and couldn't be happier. I have lost the motivation...with that break. So I hope to get some encouragement.
